Training: 80 hours of “hands on” training in Sarasota, Florida for 2 people. Training includes: office management, customer management software program, marketing program and systems, field estimating and grout and tile restoration and repair procedures and techniques.
Typically the owner will meet their field technicians in the morning…collect the work orders and payments from the previous days jobs…and disperse the technicians with their work for the current day. The franchisee will spend his/her day doing demonstations and estimates and obtaining new work. If the franchisee starts out as an owner/technician.
