Square Cow Moovers provides comprehensive training and on-going support for all franchisees.
Our Initial training program takes place in Austin, Texas at our corporate headquarters, and lasts approximately five days. The Square Cow team will direct all aspects of training and franchisees will participate in classroom training and on-the-job training. At the end of the week, franchisees will have a clear picture of what it takes to operate his/her Square Cow business, understand our Cow Culture, as well as our sales and marketing procedures, operations and moving procedures, human resources and more. Attending and successfully completing initial training is required for all franchisees and essential for their future success. Square Cow does not charge an additional amount for training. The cost of training is included in the franchise fee. The franchisee is responsible for his/her travel expenses and the expenses of his/her team of up to two more individuals. Our free training is provided for up to three individuals total.
In addition to our initial training program, Square Cow will provide on-site pre-opening, opening, or post-opening assistance. A member of our team will provide on-site assistance to the franchisee at his/her location for up to 2 days. Square Cow is committed to ensure each franchisee has a successful business launch and our time on-site will focus on that.
At Square Cow, coaching does not end after launch. Each franchisee will have weekly coaching sessions with our team for a minimum of three months after the business opens. The focus of these sessions will be to track Square Cow’s KPI’s and provide support, encouragement, and coaching to each franchisee. At the 90-day mark, in conversations with the franchisee, coaching sessions might move to once a month, depending on our evaluation of the business and the comfortability of the franchisee.
On-demand support is continuous throughout the life of our relationship with the franchisee. The Square Cow team is here to support franchisees from signing day, through initial training, ramp up to launch, on-site support around launch, post launch coaching and beyond. Our focus is on the success of each franchisee and our training and support programs are designed to set each franchisee up for success in his/her business.
