Training: yes: We provide a two prong training that is incredibly unique. Initially, new franchisees, visit a top performing franchisee for three days. They shadow the existing franchisee, learning best practices, day to day operations and all aspects of growing and managing their franchise. At the conclusion of the three day training, we forward one of our VP of Operations to the new franchisee’s office for four days. We cover every aspect of the business from training, technology tools, scheduling, hiring and training of employees. By the time this second phase of training is completed. They are ready to open their franchise!

Franchisees are responsible for growing their business and managing a team of employees that will work in teams of two, cleaning homes, condos, small offices. A successful franchisee works closely with our support team. We show franchisees how to grow awareness to the brand in their community, while ensuring that the people they hire build trust and confidence in their community
