Training: 8 days or 62 hours of corporate training in Dallas, TX and 3-5 days out in the field with an active franchisee. This includes sales, marketing, and install training. This is included for life in the franchise – so if the owner hires a new employee down the road, they can send the employee to corporate for training.

Support: In addition to the training programs, the franchisee will be assigned a dedicated full-time business coach who they can contact on a daily basis. We also have a product specialist for tricky or unique product applications. Our franchisees have a Facebook group they communicate in, and we also have a national email thread that franchisees post questions in all the time.

To begin the franchise, there are two main roles: 1) Full-time sales/in-home estimates, 2) installation of the products. If the candidate is an owner-operator and has salesmanship skills, they can likely fulfill both roles (with a helper for installs) if they would like to keep their overhead low in the beginning. The goal is to get the owner off of the installations as quickly as possible so he/she can focus on selling and growing the business. A typical install team is 2 people, with one being more of a “lead” and one more of a “helper”. If the candidate is semi-absentee, then they would hire a full-time GM who can fulfill that sales role.

No prior experience in construction or building is necessary. Our best franchisees focus more on marketing and selling and hiring out laborers for the installation process.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, fits our core values, proud of their work, able to delegate, they hustle, are self-starters, has business acumen, confident to sell, 2+ years experience in business leadership, understand basic P & L’s, minimum $150k net worth with $65k cash, FICO 650+, no bankruptcies in last 7 years, sales experience, professional appearance, tech-friendly, and personable for local networking events.

Most leads come in via phone call or online web-submission, which go directly into our mobile business app (mobile CRM), and the salesperson will reach out to the customer and do an in-person estimate. We have a dedicated call center that answers and screens the initial calls for the franchisee.

Most installations are a one-day job and successful franchisees can scale into multiple crews without needing to buy additional territory.
