WHO IS GLOBAL?
Global has been helping people who want to get into the business of providing loans to real estate investors and small to medium size businesses, who cannot get financing at their local banks. In short, your client can OWN THEIR OWN FINANCE COMPANY.
Global is a family of 3 independently owned companies. The first company is Global Financial Services, which has been providing loans—just as your clients will—since 1985. The second company is Global Church Financing. Operating since 1999, we are the largest financier of church equipment. Lastly, there is the Global Financial Training Program, where we have been training individuals since 2001, to go into the business of commercial finance.
THE PROGRAM
We provide four full days of intensive training, where they will learn every aspect of the finance business. They will learn about the many types of loans they can offer and earn commissions of up 15%. Students are equipped to provide over 30 different types of loans including equipment financing, invoice financing, unsecured business loans, commercial real estate loans, business acquisitions, fix & flip loans, factoring and many more. They will be able to provide almost any type of loan a business owner needs. We are NOT A FRANCHISE so there are no royalties and no territory restrictions.
In order to be in this business, students need to deal directly with the lenders. When they complete the training, they will be approved to work with over 30 lenders. Normal requirements for lenders to approve new agents are 3-4 years of experience, great references, and stringent background checks. In many cases a guarantee of monthly volume is needed. These requirements are waived based upon our long-standing relationships and the track record of our program.
Most new agents are concerned with getting business and feel it’s the hardest part to achieve success. With the banks not lending and turning down 90% of loan applications, businesses are constantly looking for funding. Our lenders can approve A, B, C and D credits in as little as 24 to 48 hours. Brokers can earn commissions up to 15% on loans ranging from 10,000 to 500 million+. We teach on various marketing strategies.
We provide a state-of-the-art website with a custom designed logo. We also provide many other materials and services including custom stationery, business cards, a social media set up and posting, 1,000 leads and more. After completing the training, students are enrolled in the Global Mentorship Program which provides 1:1 lifetime support and transaction review. Mentors are available for on-going education, to answer questions, and will even help close a sale.

When a broker first starts his or her business, most of the day is spent on marketing to customers. We spend a lot of time teaching various ways to prospect for clients.
We teach internet marketing, direct marketing (which is mailings or ads in various trade publications) and indirect marking (attaining referrals from bankers, accountants, lawyers, networking groups, etc.).
