An ideal Meineke candidate would have business and sales experience. The owners are not often the ones working on vehicles in the shop. On a day to day basis, most owners are overseeing 4-5 employees per center, planning operational improvments, building local fleet accounts and building a relationship with the local community. 85% of our franchisee are actually outside of the automotive industry. Many corporate executives like our model because of the recession resiliency and industry trends.
