-allows an owner to have a larger territory and cost average down as they expand, as studios cost less, have less labor and no equipment so marketing and sales can be spread over 3 locations instead of one. (it works like a dry cleaner model: 1 central production with multiple spokes)

Growth Format -1000 sq. ft. locations with reduced manufacturing capacity.
Brand Center Format- 1500-2500 sq. ft. locations with complete manufacturing capability.
Brand Studios -500 sq. ft. centers with no manufacturing capability. (Studio Format locations are only available to Multiple unit owners, as they are required to have a manufacturing HUB aka Brand Center)

Brand Centers require either Prestige Industrial or B grade retail.

Franchisee is responsible for the local marketing and overall running of the business. Franchisee needs to be comfortable with business development, networking and working with clients. This includes prospecting, quoting and sourcing solutions for the client or directing appropriate resources to make that happen. Franchisee needs to understand production and equipment capabilities to make things for the clients and manage the production schedule for the center. The franchisee is responsible for all HR related matters in the center. The franchisees is responsible for financial reporting and overall financial management of the center.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal franchisee needs to be comfortable with the client relationship and being outside the 4 walls of the center. They need to be able to think on their feet, and work with a client to devise a solution even when they may not have all the answers. So they need to be comfortable being able to figure things out. A strong franchisee is comfortable networking and connecting with clients to create a local client referral ecosystem. An ideal franchisee must be coachable and willing to accept the fact they do not need to know everything, and be open to learning. Top performing franchisees are strategic and comfortable in a fast moving dynamic environment that can sometimes be ambiguous have fine attention to detail.
